Prior to cleaning CWI will make repairs to chipped
surface and fill bracing holes left in the floor slab
from construction.
Using diamond impregnated tooling and special
equipment, a thin layer of the concrete is
completely removed and stains and grime are
removed with it. Our specialized equipment can
clean up to 10,000 sq ft per hour. Once cleaned
the floor can then be resealed and restored to a
desired level of sheen. This process increases the
abrasion resistance of a normal concrete floor by
up to 400% (ASTM C779). It also provides the
greatest increase in strength at the top of the floor
and allows for unmatched abrasion resistance
throughout. This process is far superior to auto
scrubbing, steam cleaning, or any other methods
of cleaning concrete because the

layer of concrete giving it a like-new,stain-free
surface and improved light reflectivity.
