| Scheduled Maintenance Program Overview First, our experienced technicians will perform a detailed analysis of your commercial or industrial concrete flooring. Next, we will remove any foreign materials from the concrete, including litter, chewing gum, etc. Finally, we will scrub your concrete flooring using the most state-of-the-art commercial concrete cleaning equipment, chemicals and techniques available. Concrete Scrubbing Concrete scrubbing is a delicate procedure. There are multiple ways to clean concrete depending on the type of surface, the location and several other factors. Our professional floor care includes the complete cleaning of all cement flooring areas using commercial floor scrubbers and eco-friendly commercial floor cleaners. Concrete Sealing The final process in our commercial concrete care process is to apply a Concrete Protectant. This Protectant is designed specifically for concrete floors and will protect your floors from contaminants. This process includes Burnishing of all surfaces to insure that your facility has enhanced light reflectivity and floor protection. Long Term Maintenance CWI and its customers work together to develop a long term polished concrete expectation and create a maintenance schedule to meet customer's specific needs and budget. As part of the long term maintenance plan, a multi-year schedule can be created whereby CWI crews perform specific floor maintenance procedures (i.e. Deep Clean, Floor Guard, Burnishing, etc) at specific intervals (i.e. 8 months, 16 months and 24 months).
