  • Automotive / Show Rooms and Shop Floors:

  • Chemical Storage and Secondary Containment:

In manufacturing environments exposed to harsh chemicals and/or severe temperatures, a vinyl ester or
novolac system is recommended. Vinyl esters and novolacs are used mainly in the chemical processing
industries, environments that require secondary containment or any area where concrete is exposed to
chemical attack. Novolac systems are an excellent choice for battery charging areas. With a complete line
of corrosion-control systems CWI has the ability to custom-formulate a solution for you.

  • Decorative:

Decorative systems combine solid or multicolored silica-quartz aggregates permanently embedded in a
tough,Multi-Component Epoxy System. These systems offer aesthetically pleasing colors, functionality,
durability, Easy to clean and can be custom tailored to meet slip resistance requirements. If you would
like to enhance the look of your work place environment, yet require resistance against wear, abrasion
and chemicals, a CWI decorative system will fit your needs.

  • Food and Beverage, USDA APPROVED Flooring:

Food and Beverage facilities must conform to strict USDA, FDA and government requirements. Included
in these requirements is a flooring system that can withstand chemical spills, abrasion, thermal shock,
frequent hot and cold-water washings, heavy industrial traffic and high impact. Furthermore, these
systems must be hygienic (easy to clean) and provide resistance to pathogen growth. CWI can install a
flooring system specifically designed to stand up to the various abusive conditions in dairy, meat and
poultry processing plants, cafeterias, kitchens, and other food preparation facilities, beverage/bottling
plants and distilleries, grocery stores (meat, deli and bakery areas), coolers and freezers. Most
importantly adjacent work areas can remain in production with a properly specified low VOC compliant
product.

Skydrol, jet fuel, lubricating oils and fluids, and break fluids are just a few of the many highly corrosive
substances that a hangar floor can be exposed to. Impact from mechanical equipment used in jet
maintenance and the jets themselves can be tremendous on a hangar floor. CWI can custom design a
quality, aesthetically pleasing floor to meet all of these needs.

Kitchens floors can get really hot, things constantly fall on the floor including dishes soups, hot grease,
crates and pots and pans get dragged around the room. Weather it is kitchens, washrooms, corridors,
freezers, cellars or storage rooms these type of environments demand tough, wear resistant floors that
offer different anti-skid grades, appealing colors, easy-care hygienic properties and that can be installed
with minimal to no down time.
