| In September of 2009 Creative Works Inc. Contracted to resurface an Ambulance Bay area in the Emergency Care unit at a local facility. Due to original construction damage, the slab was surfaced with a broom finished overlay that was de-laminating due to freeze-thaw cycles. Several options were explored before deciding on a Poly-vinyl Chip Surface. We used a high strength, UV stable Aspartic Ester and Polyisucyanate along with a binding resin to create a surface that is non-slip, will prevent water seepage, has a decorative Terrazzo look with the ability to make periodic repairs expected due to the original damage and will provide years of functional service. |
